"お宿から降りてすぐの日の出浜で波の音を聴きながらゆっくり過ごしました。 お宿近くの岡田港の周辺は食事ができるところが元町港に比べて少ないようですが、舟吉さんで2食付き、港の施設のレストランで昼食を取れるので特に問題ありませんでした。私は食べる機会がありませんでしたが近くにはパン屋さんなどもあるようです。 お宿は清潔でご飯も美味しく、ご主人方もとても親切にしてくださいました。その日のスケジュールの相談や荷物預かりなど、心配事を相談すると真摯にお答えくださいます。お宿は山にも近いのですが部屋の窓をしっかり閉めれば虫なども問題なかったです。(もし万が一出たとしてもご主人にお願いすればすぐに対処してくださいます) 個人的な話ですが、初めての女一人旅でこんなに素敵なお宿に宿泊出来たことはとても幸いでした。伊豆大島の一人旅で宿にお悩みの方は是非、ゲストハウス舟吉さんを検討なさってみてください！"

"It feels like you enter another world once you get into the hotel. You first need to remove your shoe as you enter the hotel. Instead of going to a check-in counter, we were asked to sit and they come with all the check in papers. While waiting for them to check our passport, we were serve some Yuzu water. "Our stay at Beachside Inn Shirahama was wonderful. It is such a friendly yet laid-back place with clean airy rooms and only a two-minute walk to the beach. The breakfast is tasty and the private hot baths are a fabulous bonus. Highly recommend!"

"Hale Kai is a well designed guest house with the combination of Traditional Japanese style and Hawaiian style! It was really comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The owner are hospitalized and extremely friendly. Everything we need were prepared in the guest house. Moreover, the location is perfect because it is only a 5 mins walk from the Motomachi port and most of the souvenir shops, restaurants,and hot spring places can be access within 10 mins walk!! Highly recommended!!"

"It was nice staying at this guest house Shirahama. It was only a few minutes drive from the Shirahama Beach. Also the restaurant was nice. Breakfast was only 500 Yen, but it was really delicious! The staff were polite and friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay there again."
