「The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend.」

「I am home sick after leaving Selah! We absolutely loved this home! Everything was perfect; the home itself, everything that was provided, the decor, location, the yard/trails, etc. The main driveway is steep but doable; however, if you come in at the 190 mailbox there is no incline. 」

「This is a great place to stay when visiting the Nantahala and surrounding area. The house was clean with nice quality towels, mattresses, and bedding. We felt very at home and loved the decor. Our teen boys enjoyed the separate outdoor room or man cave as they called it. We played pool and corn hole as well. Our evening ended with s’mores by the fire. We will definitely be back!」

「We were only there for a very short time. But the property was amazing you get the feeling that you're all alone it is so secluded. The hot tub was amazing with the cool fall air. It is definitely going to be our go-to for short stays!」

「We love the property and have stayed there twice. The location is a perfect spot to head out for day trips in all directions. The newly constructed cabin is modern and well designed. Beds and furniture are comfortable, kitchen is great and all rooms are good size. Although there are many other choices in the area, we will be returning here. Thanks Beverly.」
