"The digital check in process does not let you check in until exactly 3 pm. The room is assigned automatically, but it does not mean it is ready for you. "Clean, comfortable and modern, central location with easy access to everywhere you want to go by foot or public transportation. Living area in the executive suite was smaller than expected. Check-in was not smooth; same thing people have complained about - the digital key via the app didn't work; inconvenient when you're tired after a long trip. They did respond quickly and sent someone to give us the physical keys. The digital key worked the next day."
