Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!

Zimmer sind wirklich schön, sehr gut ausgestattet. Etwas nervig ist, dass es genau in der Ein und Ausflugsschneiße vom Airport Frankfurt ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenstern ist es aber nicht zu hören. Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Bis bald.

In den 5 Tagen (Ende September) haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer, sowie das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Ich finde die Philosophie dieses Hotels bzgl. Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz toll und sollte als Vorbild für andere Hotels durchaus verwendet werden. Wir haben unser Zimmer in diesen 5 Tagen nicht extra reinigen lassen, denn dies war nicht nötig. Die wenigen Verschmutzungen die wir beim Essen im Zimmer verursachten, haben wir selbst entfernt. Wichtig ist doch, dass das Zimmer beim Einchecken richtig gründlich gereinigt ist, sodass man vom vorherigen Gast keine Spuren mehr sieht 😉und das war hier der Fall!!! Das Hotel und die Grünanlage ist sehr schön und Geschmackvoll, den nächsten Besuch machen wir hoffentlich im Frühjahr oder Anfang Sommer 😉damit wir den schönen Garten genießen können. Auch die Massagen möchten wir das nächste Mal ausprobieren.

Großes Zimmer mit durchdachter Schrankausstattung, geräumiges Bad mit großer, begehbarer Dusche (Detailverbesserungsvorschlag: flexiblen Duschschlauch installieren) und kompakte Küchenzeile mit (fast) allen Utensilien (meine Anfrage zur Verfügbarkeit von Kanne/Filter zum Kaffeemachen wurde leider nie beantwortet - nachdem ich die sehr freundlichen Betreiber vor Ort kennengelernt habe, gehe ich aber davon aus, daß hier EXPEDIA ein Kommunikationsproblem hat). EXPEDIA habe ich hier das erste Mal zur Buchung genutzt - und das war auch das letzte Mal. Grund ist die unklare und intransparente Rechnungsstellung: Es werden Steuern und Gebühren pauschal in Rechnung gestellt, die nicht erläutert oder aufgeschlüsselt werden. Aus den eher nutzlosen Informationen könnte man allenfalls die Schlußfolgerung ziehen, daß EXPEDIA eine Provision von über 9 % aufschlägt und dem Kunden auferlegt (davon hatte ich allerdings vorher nichts gelesen...)
