「The apartment was great and air conditioner worked excellent ( it was very hot outside) The only problem was with the dryer. The dryer ruined a load of clothes I called Luc De Cleir and send him the pictures of the damaged clothing. His reply " never had this problem...nothing wrong with the dryer " He refused to pay the 384.34$ of damaged clothing He refused to reply on my claim He told me to contact my insurance I expect to be reimbursed by VRBO or Mr De Cleir AGAIN OUR STAY WAS GREAT NO...

"チェックイン、チェックアウトのスタッフはとても感じがよく、部屋の清掃も行き届いており、心地よく過ごせました。 シャワールームの排水がうまく出来ず水が溜まってしまったことは残念でした。 しかし、部屋の清潔感、駅の近くであることからもまた利用したいです。 "
