"Great Location, Close to the Village. Parking was convenient and abundant. We got snowed in a bit and the unit had all the right elements to make it comfortable. My kids loved the retro Arcade Game. Kitchen was well stocked and efficient for any cooking needs. Appliances were all working. A few niggles with hardware that needed maintenance and a few spots missed by the cleaners. Overall this place is great. I can't wait to come back in the summer."

"House is a great size for a family. Games in living room were a hit. But the place was just not clean. Property manager was great and offered to send someone to clean but I feel like when you pay that much for a rental the least they can do is make sure the house is clean BEFORE you arrive. Both sliding doors for the shower were broken, hubby fixed them and also let the property manager know what to buy to fix it long term. The dishes, pans, cups were all dirty. "Loved the condo, clean, good location and community pool. Wonderful view of lake and mountains. We stayed with our 4 grandchildren under the age of 8. We were only able to get one TV to work in the living room. The technician responded within 2 hours to attempt to fix. All good, we were just hoping as grandparents to have some "downtime" with kids watching TV in the bedrooms. Would absoutley say here again"

The property had a few broken items one of which we were informed on our way up to the property. It was missing the keys to the hot tub so we had no access. "The stay at the condo was good. The place was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying in the condo. However, The checking in process was horrible and a real inconvenience since it is not onsite. I had to drive a few miles and the management place was very difficult to find. It took me over an hour to find the place only to sign a piece of paper. This process could have been handled with an e-signature since it was a keyless entry to the condo. "
