This beautiful and modern upper condo features high ceilings, a total of 5 beds, and heated pool and spa views from the deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed, and there's an additional fold-out bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, and kitchenware.

Warm and cozy cabin

This cabin was more ont he modern side, but did not dissapoint. All amenities matched the online description. I appreciate the carpet becasue from past canin experiences, hardwood floors make the cabin cold so the carpet was good to preserve the warmth. The pool and hot tub were both clean. The place was clean and stocked up on basics, for arriving and leaving. Thank you far having us!

This condo was gorgeous! It's perfect for a couple and just as great if you have kids! Everything was clean, there is a big tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The fireplace ads a romantic touch and the balcony is great to barbeque or just chill on. The view on the balcony is of the pool and Jacuzzi which are both clean and a nice treat. Boulder bay is walking distance for fishing or a picnic. The location is perfect! I called the host, (Mario), the day we arrived. Very nice guy as is his wife! They set us up well! We will return here but in the downstairs condo. We loved our stay here! Thank you Mario for providing this as a rental!!

The location of the property was great. Giving us access to Boulder Bay, which is just walking distance around the corner. The unit was clean, however when we came in the strong odor of the cleaning product was bad. We ended up having to open up the windows to air it out. We also had difficulty with the smoke alarm going off repeatedly when we had the oven on. The unit is fine, it is clean and has all the basics, but they don’t really provide the extras like tissue boxes, condiments, or beverages/coffee. Be aware that they do not provide wood for the fireplace so you need to bring your own. There were basic seasonings available, which was nice, but wished I would’ve known ahead of time so I didn’t have to pack my own. Also, they don’t supply coffee filters, so you need to be aware to bring your own/round filters not cone shaped. They had a good supply of pots, pans, bowls, and cutting boards along with really good cutting knives. Barbecue was great. The set up is ideal for a family with young kids. We were two adult couples so the bed and the second bedroom was not suitable for two adults on the lower bunk. Since the mattress is not firm enough to sustain that kind of weight comfortably. But it would be fine for kids and they would probably love the bunk beds. The Jacuzzi is super close to the unit, which was wonderful. The pool isn’t heated, but made for a fun little polar plunge to cool off after soaking in the Jacuzzi for a while. Overall, it was a really nice stay

Cozy stay with amazing Lake access

The condo was as expected. It worked for our needs as a family of 4. The location was prefect as it was close enough to the village and everything we did while staying in big bear. Walking access to the lake was amazing for morning and evening strolls and very convenient for kids to fish.

Cozy place to stay

It was very cozy and clean. My family and i had a good time there. We ha d a luttle trouble with billing but the owner of the priperty communicated wonderfully and everything was taken care of. We will be visiting again soon.

Me, my husband and our teenage daughter loves everything about this condo. From the coziness, to the separate bedrooms for privacy along with the family room for family time. Big Bear weekend getaway

This was a great condo. It is an older unit, but very, very clean. Everything worked well. It was the perfect size for our family of four. We loved the decor. The property manager did a fabulous job and was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend taking advantage of the 15% discount at Get Boards for renting kayaks. The location of the condo was perfect and walking distance to great food at the Blanca and Pierre‘s. The entire condo complex was very quiet and we never even heard any of the neighbors. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anybody. It was also very affordable!

Spontaneous Spring Break getaway

It was a spontaneous getaway and we spotted this lovely condo. Spaces enough for 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 preteens. The living room and kitchen and dining table was cozy. Bonus, my son and husband love the mini Galaga machine. After a long day of skiing, it’s father and son bonding time. My daughter and I just love playing cards and puzzles. Since it was spontaneous, I never receive an email to confirm my booking from the owner, maybe due bad internet connection. However, VRBO assistant quickly connected us and everything went smoothly right before check in. Communication through VRBO apps messages was a lot quicker to receive. Owner is super nice and friendly. We’ll return again soon. ❤️

No hospitality

I'm hesitant to give a review as it definitely wouldn't be a 5-star review. In the hospitality business, stars have to do with the HOSPITALITY one feels when they visit their accommodation. You not only didn't make us feel "special" as your guests, you made us feel a burden to you...no propane, no coffee filters, no way to get the fire started, the sliding doors also didn't work so the place was drafty, so the forced air heater set at 69 degrees was constantly running... the second bedroom was hot at night while the living room was cold. You are not a good provider of hospitality as it seems you are mainly thinking of yourself... and your profits...sorry I'd never stay here again.
