"Our visit was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and furnished nicely - the bath was awesome and the air con worked great. The location on Lord Street was great and allowed access to all the area has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Massive check marks for being quick to release the pre-authorisation on check out. Only bit of constructive feedback I have is the blind in the room was a little stiff and difficult to move. However, I would still highly recommend staying at the Vincent."

"Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed."

"The only problems we had is the shampoo and body wash was empty and the heating doesn't come on until 8 pm so the room was cold to start with. But that's it . The team where excellent and good / was brilliant. Would stay here again"
