「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」

「It’s definitely a 2-star motel. You get what you pay for. It wasn’t filthy, but it definitely wasn’t clean. Pros: Full-size fridge was clean and cold! Cable TV with premium channels. Courteous front desk clerk. Cons: The key card for one of our rooms only worked some of the time, and when it wasn’t working there was nobody in the office to help. One of the bedside lights did not work. The bathroom faucet was covered with gritty body wash or something when I went to turn on the shower....

「The staff was awesome, checkin a breeze, lots of toiletries to be able to use, awesome theme throughout! Grab and go breakfast was homemade muffins and granola bars. Beds were memory foam and quite comfortable!」

「I was charged for a queen bed, it was a full bed. There was no complimentary shampoo available, and I forgot to bring one. I was told by Expedia that they had rollaway beds, they did not. They did not have a coffee pot in the room, you had to go to the lobby. The only good things were that the small bed was comfortable and the location of the motel was nice.」

「They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

「Liked the quiet location, warm welcome, rooms was supplied with everything, coffee maker (although owners operate a coffee truck in the mornings on the premises), bathrobes, table and chairs, roomy closet, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay while I spent daytime with family at nearby State Beach campground.」

「I felt our room was pretty stark and not very warm/inviting. The small bathroom was very difficult with no cabinet space for storing towels, hairdryer and toilet paper. It was awkward to reach for these items from a shelf installed directly over the toilet. There was no counter space around the bathroom sink. 「Our stay was amazing. The hotel is so quaint and welcoming. All the special touches are so personal. Clean and comfortable. We loved the added buzz fan for noise. The complimentary amenities were a bonus. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend it.」
