Tim at the front desk did everything to make me feel at home: quickly answering all questions, helping with front desk calls, and giving advice on city routes. They communicated with me via messages, answered every single question, met all my needs, and made sure my stay at the hotel was comfortable and easy. 💌 I didn’t get a chance to meet the housekeeping staff in person, but their work was very noticeable.
