"The staff was AMAZING! So friendly and welcoming and gave us great restaurant recommendations and gave us cookies when we checked in and everyday there was a free continental breakfast with pastries, instant oatmeal, toast and jam and some surprisingly tasty brewed coffee...the only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because my son was really looking forward to keeping up his workout routine while on vacation by swimming laps and sadly the pool was very green and he did not feel comfortable using it."

"I felt like our room needed some extra cleaning (vacuuming better, cobwebs and our bathroom screen was disgustingly filthy). Was disappointed that our shear curtains were missing on the front window, and as our room was warm you couldn't get outside air from the window without everyone looking straight into your room. Brie was very helpful by getting us a fan. The property was very clean and we always had an open parking space. The bed was very comfortable! We have been coming here every August for the past 13 years and as we're getting older I'm realizing the toilets are very low to the ground. I do love Ocean Pointe Ranch and highly recommend!"
