The room was spacious, water pressure was excellent, plenty of parking, and overall a very quiet property. The staff was superb! More than helpful, very accommodating, pleasant personalities, efficient with checking in/out, and delicious coffee was prepared in the lobby ready to go. I will stay here again.

The Kingwood piece of property is beautiful, but the facilities have been maintained terribly. The men’s sauna did not work, and the women’s steam room did not work. Also, our room was full of ants. The pool is decent. We were hardly in the room so the weekend was fine, but the property is in such poor condition. We will not be back.

I had expected something different but it's more of a motel with doors opening to the outside. We only met one staff person and the rooms smelled like they hadn't been aired out. However, the beds were very comfy and the linens were nice. I had to run the shower for a minute because the water was a little rusty.

Staff was great! Beautiful setting and grounds. However, the room, although comfortable was pretty worn, could use fresh carpeting and paint. Biggest complaint was out of force showers taken only one had decent hot water. Also no microwave in the room was an inconvenience. The food at the restaurant left much to be desired

Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Overall the property is nice, I could see staying there if you’re a golfer. Not really a family spot. Bathrooms were just old and run down in the hotel rooms.

The resort was several miles outside of Clayton. It served our purpose well but the room was dated….the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a hot water issue, sometimes we had some sometimes we didn’t. The spa, indoor pool, and other facilities were good. No golf as it rained the entire weekend but the course looked in decent shape. There was no one in the check in area when we checked out…didn’t open until 8.

Large rooms, great beds & linens. Rooms were very clean. However, property is an older property & rooms had a musty odor which made my asthma worse & allergies. Could not use amenities as we were there for just one night. Staff was friendly. Great price for the night.
