We had a great getaway 10/10We Definitely go back hut tub was amazingThey had all the utensils we need to cook there and also only one thing the knifes wasn't shrap but that was the only issue. Other tha t that we had a great time.

Was everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. We were allowed early checking within 10 minutes of asking for it. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Helen Trip

The cabin was extremely clean and the check-in process was simple. All instructions were easy to follow and the rental company was easily available if necessary. The cabin was pretty much as expected from the photos. Some features are a little outdated (for example you can tell the bathroom floor is old and it has some tears in the linoleum) and the kitchen is a little scarce if you want to cook, but overall it was all my husband and I needed with our two dogs. The hot tub worked well. The cabin is close to downtown Helen and there are plenty of decent hiking locations nearby. The only downside of this cabin was that there is a full time resident neighbor with two smaller dogs they let loose that kept running through the woods and aggressively came up to us/our cabin barking and it made it difficult to take our dogs out at times.

Just the 2 of us!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin it was quiet and quaint! We like how close the location was to Helen and other trails we hiked. The only thing was the bed seems super worn out and we would sink in the middle of the bed.

Just what we needed

We stayed over the weekend to disconnect from our busy lives. The great location felt pretty secluded. The cabin is surrounded by trees. You can see other cabins but these were not occupied at this time, so it worked for us. Just the 2 of us provided what we needed.

Perfect for Two

My husband and I stayed there for our 24th anniversary and also took our small boston terrier along with us. All accommodations are geared for two people only. It was perfect. We loved the location. My husband always has issues with the beds when we travel due to his back issues but that was not the case on this trip. We plan to book this cabin anytime we visit the Helen, GA area.

Comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Just the 2 of Us! It was the perfect getaway from the grind of every day life with full-time careers and kids. Comfortable, clean, and just secluded enough. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown Helen, Anna Ruby Falls, Unicoi State Park, and much more! It was very easy to go to Helen to pick up groceries and other things we might need during our stay. It rained almost the entire time during our visit, but the foosball table, comfortable couch, and internet access kept us busy. All in all, a wonderful stay. We plan to visit again in the future!

Great cabin!

The place was exactly what was advertised! It was private and clean! Location was great! Very close to parks and downtown Helen! It had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay! Loved it and would like to visit again!!!

Anniversary getaway

We enjoyed our stay at "Just the 2 of Us". It was just what we needed. The hot tub is great after a day of walking and hiking. It is a perfect cabin off the beaten path for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect for the 2 of us

The cabin was just as advertised and even better! My husband and I celebrated our 5 wedding anniversary here. The cabin had just enough privacy to enjoy the hot tub while being convenient to the town of Helen . We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautifully Quaint

My daughter and I wanted a quick getaway for the weekend and this place did not disappoint. With only two of us, it was perfect. The town was amazing with so many different things to do and everyone was really friendly. The rental agency called to check in with us. Check in and out was seamless. I definitely recommend!

Wonderfully Peaceful

My spouse and I absolutely loved this cabin. We came for an event on the state park and was pleasantly surprised at how close it was. We also loved that we could sit on the back porch and read early in the morning. We hope to come back very soon as this is only 2 hours from us. Great getaway.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was just what we need for a peaceful getaway from everything and everyone. The cabin was well equipped with everything we need so we brought groceries and never left till check out.

GREAT CABIN!

The pictures online were exactly what we walked into. The place was clean and nice. We loved our stay at “Just the 2 of Us”! The only thing was the roku/firestick in the living room did not work! Very close to downtown Helen. Definitely will consider this place again!

Cute and Quiet

We adored this little 1 room cottage. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable. It had all the necessities for cooking lunch and dinner as well as relaxing after a long day of walking around town. Oh and the hot tub.... The hot tub is to die for on a cold winters night. My pup loved getting to run and play the woods and nap in front of the gas fireplace. The only possible con is that although we had every faucet on a slow trickle to keep the pipes from freezing, the shower was off when we arrived. This thing was frozen solid due to the exposed plumbing under the house. After calling the maintenence guy who said we had about 12 people in front of us and they'd get to us when they got to us, we went 2 days with a tub full of dirty water that couldn't drain. We tried everything we could from dumping hot water down the drain to holding one of the indoor stand heaters under the house and hoping the pipes would thaw so we could shower. Turns out that did the trick and on day 3 we got some showers and from that point on we left the hot water running in there just in case. To be fair, the first day got down to 5 degrees so freezing was expected, we just wish they had left the shower on a little like the faucets to avoid the whole thing. It was a perfect little holiday weekend getaway and we will without a doubt be coming back.
