Very clean for an older home, needs some updating very air…ish we had to go buy blankets, but considering we were gone a lot, mainly slept and showered there no real issues! Was very cold and needs more towels & washcloths for guest!
Had a nice time in a lovely location close to town. Would have been more convenient to have a washer and dryer… My fault for not checking before we booked. Make sure you bring your own paper towels and your own towels. Facility supplies one set of towels but no way to wash or dry them. Basic kitchen supplies so bring your own condiments..there is a coffee pot so bring your own coffee if you drink coffee. The microwave was not working when we got there but a usable one was delivered the following day.

Met Needs
The property is older and beginning to show its age. No WiFi (inaccurately listed). The hot tub was great! No toiletries were included. Inside was clean, but the exterior was covered in cob webs and spiders.
All communication was through phone calls with a property management company in town. Check in and out was in person at the property management company.
It’s a 15-20 min walk to the center portion of Helen and a pretty steep, unlit walk back up the hill.
While the online pictures show a picturesque cabin with a deck, it leaves a lot to be desired. Chairs on deck were a dusty mess. Opened the door to be hit with the smell of old, damp and musty. Everything appeared clean but I put on a new pair of slippers only to have them filthy after the first evening. Kitchen was updated. "Well stocked" kitchen had 1 serrated steak knife and 1 serrated bread knife, both dull. New Keurig coffee maker. Hot tub was great but it was also brand new. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were ok but doors to bedrooms dont stay closed. Wood-burning fireplace was a mass of cords and wires hanging from the cable box and totally unusable. For what we paid for 3 nights, it was very disappointing.
Had a great stay here. The cabin was great and quiet yet close to town. Had a great stay and it was perfect for a weekend in the mountains. Would definitely stay again
