"I wasn’t expecting multi-course dinners that included sashimi and other top quality ingredients. It was incredible, delicious and filling. Great breakfast buffet too. I was delighted with our stay, my boyfriend wasn’t happy about having to go to the onsen to shower, but he got into the spirit and enjoyed himself."

"別館に泊まりました 暑い中到着しましたがお部屋の温度は冷んやりしてくれてたので気持ちよく荷解き等出来ました 素泊まり、観光時間が長くスタッフさんとは部屋の案内以外は接触かなく判りませんが 良かったと思います お部屋も綺麗でしたし、部屋に置いてるタオルが多かったので色々使えて便利でした また和歌山旅行に行く時は利用したいと思います"

"こじんまりとしたお宿なので、大浴場は小さめですが、夜も朝も他のお客さんと会うことなく、一人でゆったりと気持ちよく入ることができました。 何より一番よかったのが、お食事です！ 夜も朝も品数がとても多く、どのお料理も本当に美味しくて大満足でした。 そして、スタッフの皆さんの心のこもった温かい対応もとても嬉しく、心がほっこりしました。 落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごすことができ、とても素敵なお宿でした。 またぜひ訪れたいと思います。"

"The price was the best in the city, but this is no hotel as you can find somewhere else. Check-in and check-out was ok. There is no private shower, and with the rain, the ceiling was leaking. Okay-ish hotel. Messages you receive from the owner must be translated in English with Google Translate, but the check-in process pdf is in English."
