1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。 2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。 子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。 3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました） その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。 その他は大変満足できました。

高級感&親しみやすさのホテル

年間2〜3日利用してます。お城のような外観で少し敷居が高いように感じる方も多いかと思いますが、従業員の皆さんはとても親切に笑顔で対応してくれます。部屋はもちろん館内の調度品もとても雰囲気があって満足度を高めてくれます。夕食は「王様のビュッフェ」お酒が好きな私たちは必ずワインビュッフェを利用してます。そしてお風呂もとても癒されます。価格以上の充実感を味わえるホテルです。
