Unfortunately our 1 night stay was spoilt with the fact that on our arrival the hotel was completely locked up. Check in stated it was from 3pm and we arrived at half past. After ringing the proprietor, she arrived after half an hour to let us in. Our next problem was over the price we paid . Stayed as apart of our European Road Trip during the heatwave and this place was exactly what we needed after a long day exploring Maastricht. We had the superior room (the largest double that wasn’t a suit) it was decorated perfectly, mix of modern and historic works great. The whole building is so picturesque! "Fantastic environment. Really nice apartment, great facilities, perfect environment for families. Nice walks and good location to drive/train to a variety of other places. We came from the UK and it is a straightforward 3 and a bit hour drive from Dunkirk. Would recommend to any potential visitor."
