7.4/10 Good! (1,376 reviews)
The room was small, but okay for a single room.
The en-suite bathroom was absolutely impossible though. It was almost impossible to step into the bathroom and close the door without having to step into the shower and close the door then.
Smallest bathroom I've ever seen anywhere.
The water in the shower was a drip at best and took almost five minutes to turn warm.
But it was clean and staff were nice.

Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier.
It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges.
The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee.
I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.

Our stay at St.Davids was fantastic! Great location, about a 5 min walk from Paddington Underground station. Near by food shops and restaurants.
When we arrived we realized they were under renovations, but it did not ruin our trip at all! Despite the renos, the hotel was very clean and quiet.
During the day and late into the evening you can slightly hear the underground trains underneath you, but being from a busy city, it didn’t bother us.
The room was very nice, but small. We only travelled with carry-ons and found it a little difficult to store our clothes and bags somewhere without them being in the way.
Overall, we had a great stay and would book this hotel again!
