✨ A True Adventure Lover’s Retreat on the Nantahala ✨

If you’re looking for a unique experience, this is it! This one-of-a-kind property is a magical mountain escape—an adventure lover’s dream nestled along the Nantahala River.

Sitting on over 3 acres, the property offers about 300 feet of river frontage with stunning mountain views and direct access to National Forest. At over 3,000 ft elevation, you’ll enjoy both privacy and natural beauty all around.

The cabin itself is full of character, built entirely from recycled wood sourced from old properties. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, from the classic farm sink to the cozy push-button gas fireplace. After a day outdoors, relax by the fire or unwind on the covered deck overlooking the river.

📌 Note: There is no cell service here, but we do provide WiFi. With WiFi calling enabled, you can make calls and send texts seamlessly.

🛏 Cabin Details
• Master Suite (downstairs): Queen bed + private bath with shower
• Upstairs Loft Bedroom: 3 twin beds + 2 double beds (sleeps up to 9 total)

🌲 Things to Do Right at the Cabin
• Float the river (tie off a tube to a tree and enjoy!)
• Ride side-by-sides, motorcycles, or 4-wheelers on neighborhood roads
• Hike straight into the backing National Forest

(Pro tip: bring water shoes—river rock can be rough on bare feet!)

🚙 Access

The property is accessible via a paved low-water crossing. The river is typically 6”–1 ft deep, so a Jeep, SUV, crossover, or truck is required. (A small car is not adequate.) AWD is recommended for the driveway.
