「Animal and Environmental harm caused by employees
I recently stayed at Silver Sand Resort on Havelock Island and was deeply disturbed by what I witnessed.
Several times, I saw resort employees throwing rocks at stray dogs that were calm, friendly, and non-aggressive. The island dogs are well accustomed to tourists, and Havelock Island is also widely known to be rabies free.
In one shocking incident, an employee hit a harmless dog with a rock as it walked past the property. The dog cried out...

「The Bathtub water was extremely dirty, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. From the time of check-in, I reported issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and telecom services, but none of them were resolved properly. 「Really, really nice nice property. Beautiful vegetation and rooms. Clean, classy, well appointed, but nothing you don’t need. The staff were very helpful too. The food at the restaurant is excellent and well priced (300-400rs), I’d recommend dinner here to anyone. You can also rent scooters for the day around 500rs」
