"The Front Desk agent was pretty terrible actually. Didn’t get his name, but he was very grumpy. Check me into a room that smelled really bad. I asked for a room change and he said that he needed to do inspect the room and he came back and said it doesn’t smell, kind of arguing. All I wanted was a room that didn’t smell. Not the best hospitality or customer service destination."

"Stayed 8 nights and 3rd day asked for fresh towels, got some barely,asked for room to be cleaned on 4th day never got cleaned until 6 th day! I had to empty our garbage , ask for toilet paper, and even took linen off beds having it ready for cleaners!! The door had to be pushed hard or kicked to get into. Bathroom door was hard to open and close too"
