Value for what you pay for, awesome views, great location. Older property, but it does have a lot of charm. Again, this is Lake Havasu and compared to most other properties this is one of the better ones.

Property has a great location. Front staff was nice and fast check in. Rooms are in decent shape. Chair in room did have some stains on it. View is great. Food was good at The Turtle Grill. I would return....Hopefully with my boat next time.

The view, the vibe and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. This is my first time visiting but I will definitely return here from now on. I love it and check in was great so nice and hospitable. Love it! Love it love it !

It was nice to have everything you need on site (food, drink, beach, pool, etc.) and the rooms were fine. Friendly staff at all areas noted above. I would look forward to coming back to relax.
