Firstly, I communicated with the property to advise that I’ll be arriving early and asked if I could drop off my stuff at around 10am, and check in later. They said “sure”. I arrived at around 10:am, and phoned - no answer. Waited ‘til around 11:30 or so only to find out that was actually a “no, it’s too early”. As soon as I stepped in the room, I felt hives on my skin due to dust, so I cleaned it. When I removed the blanket, the bed smelt like urine, so I just left it on. It was pretty surfaces were dusty. Some dodgy wiring and other features in the room/shower which could be a health and safety issue. (e.g. the electric fan doesn’t have a cover where the machine is, so it’s exposed with live wiring) Sink too shallow and fills up quickly. First night, first shower. Both sink and shower drains were blocked. I reported the next day and it was fixed, thankfully. Shower floor was too slippery and disgusting when I first used it. There were also some remnants of maybe grout which were quite sharp and hurt my feet. Wi-Fi was extremely temperamental. It would load the content extremely slow, once, then your device either gets disconnected, or the Internet connection would totally fail. It was completely down last day - couldn’t even see the wireless network name. When it works, it’s like having a 56K dialup connection on Wi-Fi. The only good thing here is the location. There’s a U-bahn right outside the door, and another just a short walk away.

Great location in the Inner City tourist disctrict next to the Cathedral. Beautiful hotel. Friendly service. Great restaurant. Highly recommended!

Elevator Lift was not working which made it inconvenient for us to walk up and down 3 floors
