"フランクフルト中心部に位置しており、駅から近いため利用しやすい。 受付スタッフもとても丁寧で、チェックインもスムーズに対応して頂けました。 部屋の広さも設備も満足できるものでした。 ホテル周辺もオフィス街ということもあり、夜は静かで過ごしやすく、近くには買い物や食事を取れる場所も多いのでとても便利です。 朝食も利用しましたが、とても満足のいくものでした。 また利用したいと思います。"

"There was a large sign for the location of the hotel inside the Frankfurt station that was visible from a distance, which was helpful. Being able to check in online in advance was very efficient and convenient. Moreover, the digital check-in system allowed me to pick up my key at the guest terminal without having to go through the front desk staff, which was convenient, although one of the joys of traveling is having a brief conversation with the staff at the front desk of each hotel. So it was a little lonely, but it was efficient. The room was spacious and functional. The complimentary bottles of drinking water in the room, and a refrigerator that can be used were also appreciated. When checking out the next day, I asked the front desk if they could store my luggage while I visited the Goethe-House, and the female staff member cheerfully agreed with a smile, saying, “Ja, natürlich!” This is a hotel with absolutely no complaints."

"キッチン付きのツインルームでした。冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、電子レンジ、ナイフやカトラリー、グラス、皿、カップなどすべてあり、とても便利でした。ベッドがゆったりしていて、ソファもあり、家にいるようにリラックスできてとても快適でした！"

"フランクフルトは駅周辺と空港エリアにはホテルが集中しているがレーマ広場周辺はホテルが少ない。そんな中でこのホテルはコスパと感じた。朝食はドイツらしくハムとチーズ、パンがとてもよかった。部屋の水回りも不自由なし。残念な点は建物は高層建築でないため部屋からの眺めは面白くない事であった。 "
