The front desk was really great, and the breakfast was really great. Everybody really works hard at this hotel. I loved the location and my room was right across the cathedral so I can hear the church bells which was really nice. The room is small, but it doesn’t matter. I was only there to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was OK.

Excellent location, right next to St. Bartholomew Cathedral in old Frankfurt. The Paulaner restaurant attached to the hotel is convenient for lunch or dinner. Breakfast at the hotel in the morning is great, offering a full array of options. Room was clean and spacious, and in great condition. Excellent spot!!

Room was a lot bigger than expected. Also surprisingly quiet being a weekend and Oktoberfest. Not sure if restaurant is there’s but if it is…food and beer was amazing. Staff were amazing. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the attached hotel restaurant. The only negative point was that the hotel lift didn't work and that the hotel staff did not offer to carry our bags to the second floor where our room was located.
