Enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy and seamless. Only issue was when we made it up to our room, we pull out the sofa bed and it was covered in dirty and grime. We went down to the front desk and showed a video of how we found the bed, and the front immediately rectified it by moving our room. We weren't offered an apology, but glad we got some action. From the outside the hotel looks dated, but on the inside it had a modern upgraded feel (except the showers. The showers were definitely dated which confused us sort of lol.)
Outside of that staff was polite, decor was cute, pricing was cheat so can't beat that. We will more than likely be back :).

Valet was on it! Check-in was easy and the room had an awesome view. Breakfast was awesome and I had the best belgian waffle. Awesome stay if in the Galleria area.
