"This was a very good hotel with excellent breakfast. The staff were all polite and helpful. The hotel is also close to a big shopping mall with some nice restaurants in it. To go to Central Oslo you need a take a train or bus ,which are all at walkable distance from hotel."

(I hope this was just an isolated issue that affected only our room and that it has since been repaired.) The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were friendly. The location is fairly central, with the train station just a short walk away."
