No problem with the room and staff very friendly Just slightly noisy that’s all I can say

Staff were excellent. I thought the restaurant was a bit expensive (and then there is the service charge added on top of that!). Breakfast was varied and filling, but the cups and glasses seem to be made for tiny people. Still, I slept well and for those looking for cheaper food, most of the Stansted airport eateries are part of Too Good To Go.

Great size rooms, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was varied and the dining room was spacious. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Very comfortable room & bed. Superb meals in the elegant Carrier drawing room. Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside.
