"Had a really nice stay at Guestling Hall, we arrived early but manage to check-in for a small fee. Staff were great, the hotel itself is very nice with a very country feel décor. only issue is the room could benefited with a little more cleaning especially on the rug. Aside from that will definitely be coming back. "

"Very clean and well-appointed. On 3 floors, with bathroom and kitchen downstairs, living room on 1st floor, and bedrooms on the second. Overlooks their pretty garden with water features and giraffes! Bring hand soap, as there is none in either kitchen or bathroom. Large and varied selection of DVD's for entertainment. Heating warms the rooms quickly and effectively."

"The house was absolutely freezing when we arrived, downstairs bedrooms smelled of damp. It took hours for the house to warm up and the kitchen and front downstairs bedroom didn’t ever warm up. The heating should have been set to come on so that it was warm before our expected arrival.There are draughts coming in around the windows in the kitchen, you can’t be in this room without the log burner on, Cold air comes down the fireplace in bedroom 1 which has a sheet stuffed up it to no effect, it is too cold to sleep comfortably in. The upstairs front bedroom where the baby slept was also very cold and we only managed to get the temperature upto 16 degrees on the 1st night. The temperature of the downstairs shower can’t be adjusted, it’s boiling hot. There are no sheets or towels provided unless you pay extra, I have never known this in a rented house, the pictures show the bedrooms all made up. There is no access to the locked freezer unless you pay extra. There is no recycling, you are only allowed half a bag which is madness for a house which is advertised for 16 people. There are an extraordinary amount of house rules, too many ! The outside of the house is not white, it is covered with green algae. The house needs to have replacement windows in order to be comfortable, I imagine it’s fine in the summer but not in the winter, 2500 is a lot of money to pay to be cold. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this house in the winter, with some repairs it could be lovely."

"Lovely caravan, well positioned on the site, with a bit of a sea view. Spotlessly clean with a good size living space & good kitchen facilities. Iron & ironing board a bonus. The only little issue for us was a super soft ( too soft) main bed and the single beds were really quite small- would be perfectly suited to under ten year olds. Overall, a quality caravan holiday on a lovely site."

"We had such a lovely stay - the hosts were accommodating and friendly and the property was cosy, homely and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden in the autumn mornings, which felt like a sanctuary - listening to the birds and enjoying the plants and trees. The gas fire in the living room was warming in the evenings. Beds were comfy, space was clean and it's a lovely location up on a hill, an enjoyable 15-20 minute ramble into Hastings Old Town."
