"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "Had an amazing few days exploring Brighton, made all the better by the hotel and staff. The people on reception were happy to answer questions and recommend places to go. Special shout out to the gent covering nights who had to keep letting me back in. AC and WIFI were reliable, room was clean and well equipped. Location is amazing too - was quiet at night but still only 30 second walk from the seafront or a shopping centre. Overall I cant fault them and will be staying here again next time."
