Great hotel. Good service

This was our first trip to Japan, ever, so we wanted to experience authentic and traditional Japanese hospitality, and what an amazing surprise we got. We rented the suite, which is the annex. You basically get an entire traditional japanese house, with a private onsen, all for yourself. From the moment you arrive to the ryokan, you get the warmest welcome you can imagine. You are taken to your guest house and introduced to everything around a house. They provide you with Yukatas so you can...

I thought a shukubo would be a very simple minimalist accommodation but it was a luxurious stay. A pleasant surprise. Great staff and service, beautiful gardens, wonderful shojin meals, relaxing bath after our long hike, and a morning service in the main hall. It was a perfect experience

For a truly historic and immersive stay this Temple is perfect. Near all the most significant sites in Koyasan.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Magical and Unforgettable Experience! This was one of the highlights of our Japan adventure! Such a magical place, with a beautiful temple and an authentic Japanese atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, with our own shower and toilet, and the food was absolutely outstanding! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of some of the most beautiful temples. Everything was spotless and so well organised, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We...

Beautiful hotel, the monks attending are really nice, definitely go to the morning ceremony, it is worth it. This is near everything and very centric to all the landmarks nearby. The "beds" are pretty hard since its traditional, but its manageable for a night or two. Meals were really good, definitely don't skip them and take the chance to eat traditional monk meals.

The monks were very friendly and helpful and everything was well coordinated so you knew what to expect. We really enjoyed our stay and wish to have been able to stay longer.

This is a unique experience to live in a Buddhist temple for one day. Across the street you can find the beautiful Koyasan cemetery. Pure magic. The dinner and breakfast served was magnificent. We also enjoyed the spa at night. We are truly grateful for this experience.

Nice parking slot, very clean, cozy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is super clean and appears to be newly renovated. The shower is not spacious but very comfortable with strong water flow. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for one night before our morning flight and it fits this purpose really well.

I stay at this hotel every time I have a late flight into Osaka, and it is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is helpful no matter what time of day it is, and the breakfast buffet has a large variety of delicious food every time I stay.

Very nice breakfast included with a bay view. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free shuttle in the morning to KIX was also nice. Would definitely stay there again next time when visiting KIX

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.

The location is fantastic, within 30 minutes by train to Kansai Airport without any transfers. The rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast is free, and there's a large public bath. I've stayed here many times and am very satisfied overall. By the way, if you need to buy Amazon.jp packages, you can have them sent to the hotel in advance and they will receive them for you.

This was a nice hotel for a layover. It is next to the AirPort Express train Kumitori stop. It has elevators for luggage if you have a big case. Family Mart off train. 5 minute walk to hotel. Staff was very nice, easy check in. Small rooms but this is the norm in Japan. Breakfast was mostly for locals, not expat taste. Only two hours to get breakfast til 08:30, kind of early for jet lagged tourists. The scrambled eggs were like soup. I had donuts from Family mart. All in all it was not bad,...

It a very nice no frills hotel; no fancy lobby or restaurant or bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable; almost too low for what you got. But note that even though it advertises an airport shuttle, it runs on a limited schedule, so check on that. Or plan to take the train, which is only one station from the airport. I would have had to wait over 3 hours for the next shuttle, so I hopped on the train. The hotel is just outside the train station.
