"We won’t ever stay at the hotel again because the pool was freezing evidently it’s not heated we were miserable or just stayed out of the pool we have children and they swim when we go out of town and the pull out couch was also miserable. You should consider making the pool heated no one swam including the other guests "

" I rate the Okana Resort 4 stars. No one explained the extra fees at check in or on Expedia, which was frustrating. The room also had a sewage smell, though the manager did make adjustments to help with the issue. The outdoor waterpark wasn’t open during our stay, and there was no room service available. On the positive side, the children had a great time, which helped make the stay better overall. Because of that, I’m giving it a 4‑star rating."

"We had a great stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and had a really nice, welcoming feel to it. Bed was super comfortable as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our overall stay smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and a wonderful value, clean, comfortable, and well run. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay."
