"I was very happy with the entire experience from van pickup at the airport, fast check in, very clean room, nothing was broken or outdated. No resort fee was excellent! $100 security deposit was refunded before we got back to the airport. We did make 1 mistake when they say checkout is Noon and we got back to the room at 12:04 the key cards no longer worked. That was my fault. The staff let us in and we grabbed our bags and checked out. They even had a place to store our stuff until 4pm when transportation picked us up to go back to the airport. This trip was for my son’s 21st birthday and I was so happy that everything went smoothly."

"The room was awful smelled really bad. I guess you get what you pay for but this was worse than I expected. Just basic things like the shower soap dispensers were empty and of course don’t expect your room cleaned while you stay there."

"This hotel is well located but unfortunately our room was dirty and smelt. The room felt dark and dingy with a dirty carpet and a musty smell. The lamp did not work and there was no mini fridge or way to make hot drinks which was disappointing considering the room was advertised as a grand deluxe room. Then location was very noisy and the elevator in the parking garage was broken so we had to drag all our luggage up and down a multi storage car park."
