「Shuttle does not run every half hour as advertised. Late night staff is not helpful at all. Hotel is fairly new and nice but the breakfast and shuttle aren’t that great.」

「All was good, clean and well kept.」

「Property is worn. Some old stains and malfunction sofa bed but that was rapidly addressed.」

「Decent bar. Helpful, courteous service.」

「Horrible. Run the other way. Had a party upstairs until midnight. Called several times. Told nothing they will do about it. Will have to wait until it shuts down at 12. Called corporate. They said nothing they can or will do. Dirty outdated. Ice machine broke. Staff rude. Ask for 1/2 price since I will only sleep half the night. Denied. Breakfast. Ho hum.」

「What a breath of fresh air!!! After a terrible hotel experience at another chain, we were feeling like ending our vacation. But the moment we walked into this hotel, it was like all our troubles melted away. A lovely lobby with fun and comfy seating, fantastic staff, a little convenience store, 24/7 coffee, a salt water pool, and LAUNDRY facilities!! The room itself was so nice and clean and fit our kids so well. Delicious breakfast, water refill station…. Seriously, everything you need. LOVE.」

「Good」

「Location was good. 3rd floor carpet was terrible- dirty and stained.」

「The room was in very poor condition with wet and damaged drywall in the bathroom. Holes in the carpeting. A cabinet for the refrigerator that was broken and crumbling. A room phone that didn't work. And constant low supplies in the room. No tissues and only 1.5 toilet papers. We also had to constantly had to ask for towels eve ln though the reservation was for 5 people we never had enough towels in the room. The morning breakfast was decent but the tables were never cleaned between guests but...

「Clean room, spacious. Staff friendly. Great location and parking was easy. Would stay again!」
