Perfect location for visiting Harpers Ferry, taking in the town and hiking as well as chilling out for a relaxing time. Enjoyed the fire pit and a visit to the Barn for some live music. Would definitely stay again.

Would stay again. A couple of small things made it less than perfect, but overall, comfort and location were excellent.

My husband is hiking the Appalachian Trail and we decided to meet in Harpers Ferry for our first visit since he left. We loved Top of the Hill apartment rental. It was perfect for us! Super cozy and perfect location. Highly recommend!!

Nothing bad to say here. Clean, well maintained basement apartment with comfortable beds (even the murphy bed!) and very communicative hosts. Just a short drive or walk down the hill to Harper's Ferry National Park. A+ thanks for having us!

Great location for all we wanted to see around town. Apt was perfectly sized for us. Lots of ceiling lights and windows to counterbalance a basement apt lighting challenges. Comfy couch- maybe it could be a sleeper to allow for a little extra sleeping space? Hosts were great at communicating with us. Can’t wait to visit again in warmer weather!

Wonderful! Great communication with the owners who gave us a heads up on a major road closure that could have impacted our trip. The place was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was very comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay there again. The bed in the bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! It felt great after a long hike in the rain. I definitely recommend!

Property and property owner were great!!! May consider other rental options for short stays in the future due to expenses over and above daily rate Used to feel like VRBO was a good deal, but not so much now.

My husband never comments on places I book but this time he did. He said it was comfortable and cozy. It was just a short walk to the downtown area. The guest house was stylish and cute. Perfect size for us. Although, we could easily bring our 11 year old given the fold out bed. The owners were communicative to our questions. It was a great spot. Will come stay again!

Coffee maker needs repair, no sugar in the kitchen. Bathroom is on the other side of the living room from bedroom. The air conditioner is very loud and very temporary. You should install a mini split Sewage pump makes a loud noise at end of a cycle you should have it checked. The parking on the street just over the brow of a hill is a bit treacherous. Thankfully a parking pass was provided, thank you

We enjoyed the apartment at the perfect location, within walking distance of all that the historical town of Harpers Ferry has to offer. Keep in mind, its at the top of the hill, as the name states. You walk down the hill to the shoppes, eateries, and historical sites, and you must walk back up the hill at the end of the day. Its a basement appartment with small windows and lots of interior lighting. We used the electric fireplace nightly. The murphy bed in the living room was extremely comfortabble, as well as all the clean linens, blanket and quilt. The living room is large enough that it was not necessary to fold up the murphy bed during the day. There is plenty of space. Everything was clean and spotless. The hosts were helpful with information and reponsive to a random request during our stay. I wouldnt hesitate to stay at this location again.

Very clean, plenty of space for 2 of us, comfortable king size bed. The place is as described with kitchenette of refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and coffeemaker. Host was receptive to text and very accommodating. It is a bit of a hike uphill from Lower Harpers Ferry to the unit, but still a nice walk to all the trails, shops and restaurants.

Our last minute trip to Harpers Ferry was for a family medical emergency- so not exactly fun. But this apartment gave us a much needed space to relax and spread out! It was perfect for our needs- modern amenities, but so charming! It's so private and spacious- gorgeous bathroom. The location was perfect for us- right down the road from family... and such a cool spot in historic Harpers Ferry. We LOVED it, highly recommend it, and hope to return someday! Thanks to the hosts for their constant and immediate communication! -Jennifer, Bobby, and Logan (7)

We can’t say enough about this apartment. It was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the perfect spot to relax after hiking. The location was perfect and in walking distance to all of the popular hikes, downtown, food, and was located directly across from the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.
