It's a family owned and operated hotel. Norman was kind, communicative and thorough. Keyless entry made checking in super easy. We had a business suite, which is basically a studio apartment. Kitchen , bathroom, bed/living space was clean and neat having a really nice modern clean aesthetic. There was even a candle left for us to enjoy. Overall was a very pleasant stay! Very grateful. 」
「No staff but received my emails like I was supposed to with the two codes. Off street parking and a very well lit doorway and hallway. Room was clean and felt comfy to be there. I do have 2 negative remarks I feel need to be made, the room was clean however I did see a total of 3 roaches , two in the kitchen and one in bathroom. Didn’t panic on it as there is the Restaurant/store that may draw the critters but generally speaking where there’s one let alone 3 there is tons more not experiencing...

「9/24 Got there early was talking to the front desk about possible early checkin when out of nowhere pops up who seems to be the head of housekeeping and she said "Ill find a room have a seat". And so she did. Stayed here several times. Never had an issue. Would love to try that new gazebo some night. Its lovely. 」

「I really liked the room. It was clean and was exactly what we needed for this trip. It wasn't that far from LegoLand so it was convenient and the EV charger worked great for my car that uses J1772 but I also saw some Tesla specific chargers there. I was able to get a full charge by the next morning.
I wasn't super impressed with the breakfast but it's included so I can't be too mad. My son loves bacon and they didn't have any there or any cinnamon rolls. The waffles were good though. 」
「Der Flair des Hauses, Garten und Pool ist unbeschreiblich. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Straße auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Man fühlt sich wie im Film. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und professionell und bereitete uns einen tollen Empfang. Man findet hier die absolute Ruhe und Erholung. Alles ist extrem sauber. Das Haus, Zimmer und Bäder und auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück was serviert wird ist total lecker und wird stilvoll auf feinem Porzellan...
「The room was clean, the air conditioning was effective and not noisy, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was adequate and in a nice room off the lobby. This is a fine hotel if you are visiting the Monroe area.」
