"The hotel was everything we expected and more! The location is fantastic, close to the old town and the newer parts of the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again!"
"A great room with a sofa seating area. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were amazing. Fantastic breakfast and the Spa area was brilliant. "
"Clean room, love the gym pass for workout and sauna in Balti market. Great place for food also. Very near a great Reval Cafe on the same street. Keypad entry and having a lift / elevator very nice as I arrived very late due to my flight being delayed. "
"The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town.
We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we dropped our bags off & came back at 4pm. Which has already been relayed to the manager & would not stop us returning. The check in time is probably the only downside to the hotel to be honest, as it isn't near enough to the town center that you can walk it & as check out is 11am & seeing the rooms i fail to believe it takes 5hrs to clean the room....therefore check in should be a lot earlier or at least flexible."
"Staff were great, room was wonderful, hotel is very classy. We had an issue with noisy neighbours at night (not the fault of the hotel). Once informed the staff resolved this very efficiently. "
