"The house was spotless, the beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked, nice details like beach chairs and towels, little extra bathroom supplies, the lower level was perfect for the teenagers. The lower kitchen was great for family gathering, the backyard was fenced and awesome. We appreciated the large outdoor table and seating area around the fire table. Overall a fantastic stay!"

"The owner was very flexible with our check-in plans and the house was very clean, comfortable and included all the necessary amenities for a long weekend stay. We were 7 adults and two children, and house was great for kids too. Location to the beach was ideal and downtown Newport is a short uber ride away. Highly recommend and a very relaxing stay"
