"Room was clean and close to lake. Great budget option. Breakfast was basic but good. Only issue was the room smelled of smoke. Everything else was great."

"Nice little place to stay close to downtown and walk to explore and eat. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and small kitchen. Nice big shower & tub in huge bathroom. Cute clean little suites in an older complex that has been taken care of. Nice character with the fire pit and lighted boarded pathways. "

"We booked our two-day stay at the last minute and were lucky to find such a nice place in a prime location right next to Lake Michigan. We could walk literally anywhere in New Buffalo. The decor and furnishings were minimal but very comfortable, especially the beds, and we had everything we needed. Housekeeping was very good, though the vinyl floor was slightly sticky, likely from the cleaning product used. We had a great time and would definitely come back!"

"Tim is a fantastic host! He came over and gave us a tour of his beautiful house, and explained everything to us - codes, where to find items, and how to work appliances, and what an amazing space! Huge dining area and great room, great kitchen with SO many dishes for kids and grownups, and an abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms! Plus he had chips, dips and s'more- makings all for the taking! The pool was constantly in use, and we had fun in the game barn and making s'mores at the fire pit! The 7 grandkids would be worn out from swimming so the 10 adults could hang out and play games at night. We had so much fun! The Sawyer Inn was better than we hoped for, and that's saying a lot!"

"This beautiful, clean, comfortable condo was perfect for our girls’ getaway! We walked to restaurants and shopping. Our host was quick with responses to our questions and very accommodating. We would definitely rent this again!"

"Perfect house and hosts! Stayed for a week and any issues we had on the first day were taken care of immediately. Love the location and how easy it is to get anywhere. House was stocked with everything you might need, from laundry detergent to extra toilet paper. If you need anything, Barney’s if right down the street. Oinks was a favorite Ice Cream place. But the pool was the highlight for the grandkids and sitting on the deck watching them was perfect. We will be back! Thank you so much!"

"Family of 12 plus one dog spent 4 nights here. The pool and sauna were clean and very enjoyable . Fire pit was great for s’mores. The dog loved the big fenced yard to run around in. Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs' for all of us. TV’s in every bedroom . 2 nice size bathrooms plus a half bath. A few minor issues that were addressed to property manager. Private beach is rocky and very small ( but great for sunsets), better off going to public beach to swim which is close. We always bring our own paper towels and toilet paper (better quality). Shops and restaurants are nearby."

"This house was wonderful for our group of 10. Our kids and grandkids had so much fun and asked if we were going to live here now!!! The house was very clean. Kitchen was huge and had anything you needed to cook and serve. Everything you could need was provided, and then some. The views were spectacular. Beach access was two blocks away. Tripti left a bottle of wine, as well, which was very appreciated. We're ready to go back!"
