Perfect location for a vancouver tour they picked up right out front. We also had a short trip to the cruise terminal. Lots of placces ealkable from the hitek and the neighborhood felt safe. E"

"Location was great for our stay. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Bathroom lighting could use an upgrade. Due to mother's day brunch we were unable to have our breakfast at the Pinnical, therefore missed out on our Expedia VIP food discount"

"We enjoyed our stay, especially as the kind check in lady upgraded us unexpectedly. The steak in the restaurant was outstanding as was the staff through the hotel. Sadly due to the windows being single glazed and the walls of the adjoining walls being thin, you can hear everything. Inside the disrespectful guests who don’t respect the quiet time of other guest including room service cleaning first thing in the morning and letting doors slam shut….to the outside noise of traffic and the car horn addicts who feel they need to sound there horn because they can! Then you have those having a mid-Life crisis and what to let everyone know they have a bigger vehicle exhaust than others….. get a life I say"

"Great property right at the heart of downtown, everything withing walking distance to all you wanna see and do!"

"Got a breakfast to go, which was nice since we had an early flight. We were made to feel like we were lying when we checked in and said we didn’t have a car because we had just gotten off a cruise and were leaving the next morning. We were in 710, which was great. However, a lot of noise from either construction outside or the air conditioner. We also smelled cigarette smoke coming through air vents. The lady who checked us out was super nice, as was an Asian employee that opened the door for us and directed us to the lobby and elevator. Restaurant attached to hotel was also excellent"
