「Great location and excellent views!」

「Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable. We were in close proximity to the downtown area and beach. Wellness spa was in the same building and we treated ourselves to massages during our stay.」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. 「We left a day early, it was not a very clean place, Had water stains on ceiling and a weird smell to it. The shower curtain liner has a bad smell coming off of it. The lights kept flickering off and on and in middle of night the light came on. The property seemed rough as well. The picture of the studio looked nice but very small.」

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 「Connie was great in communicating and addressing our questions. Very close to Boyne Mountain Resort. Quiet and relaxing place for our family of 6.」

「When I booked it said it was a water view not a street view. It was for our 30th anniversary and wanted a water view. While it was a great unit it was right on the busy street at the bridge. The listing should be more accurate. Very disappointing.」

「We enjoyed the view from our balcony the most.」

「The main room was very cozy and we loved the fireplace! The bathroom was a bit dated and mildew was visible on the ceiling and around the edges of the shower. Otherwise the space was very clean and the communication was quick, clear, and very helpful!」

「This property is a real find. It's neat, clean and modern. The location makes it a pleasure to walk to Boyne's surprising number of very good restaurants and shops. Most importantly, Kyle, the property manager was easy to reach and very responsive on the several times we reached out to him. We would gladly stay here again anytime.」
