「The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.」

「This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. 「Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. 「This was an amazing place to stay. The condo unit was squeaky clean and the overall resort property was well put-together. This unit isn’t a far walk at all from the pool and the beach, maybe 3-5 minutes at most. We really enjoyed having a full, renovated kitchen to cook meals in - the appliances were far nicer than you’ll find in many rentals. The staff at Oceanside Properties were so friendly and accommodating when we communicated via email and text. We will certainly be back!」
