"The property was very easy to get to and upon arrival everything was was very clean and well kept! We received communication about access to the property and had no problems. The views were beyond amazing!! We especially loved the artwork and plan on purchasing some of Carl's art. We loved the privacy. We felt like we were in our own home. Very comfortable. It was a short drive to the Palo duro Canyon and we were blown away with the beauty of that special place. This was our first trip out west and staying here made it very special and added to our memories."

"The cabin is very small, but that is clearly stated in the description. We were looking for a place very close to Palo Duro state park, and this is less than a mile away. It was rustic, but there are several cabins on-site, so you don't feel alone. The grounds around the cabin enhanced the living area. We went to the town of Canyon for dinners. It was not too far away and the 75mph speed limit on the road between the cabin and town helped us get there quickly. Tracy responded very quickly to all of our questions before we got there. "
