"Nice clean hotel in an excellent location. It was very convenient to many attractions, including the Thang Long Puppett Theatre, shopping street, and Ngoc Son Temple. The staff were very helpful, especially Phoebe. The breakfast was also very nice. The only drawback was the pool was not kept clean, with clothes and food left on the tables and in the pool. Otherwise, great visit. Would likely stay here again.

"Staff was nice and helped me cross the street when I first arrived. My room was clean and I was able to get a load of laundry done before I checked out. There was a power outage one of the mornings, but it turned back on by the early afternoon. The staff remained attentive and helpful with any concerns or inquiries I had throughout my stay. I’m overall happy with my experience! The location made it easy to access a lot of local shops, cafes, etc."
