I made a reservation of this hotel but the entrance doors were closed and nobody was seen at the reception. The neighbourhood residents helped me and found out that the owner has changed. I was told that the owner would come to see me in ten minutes but he/she didn't appear. I gave up and found another hotel nearby and paid for an overnight stay. The hotel was neither convenient nor friendly. Why did they accept my reservation first of all??

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
ホテルよりも民宿みたいな感じ。受付でオーナーの子どもがゲームをしていて、2Fにオーナー家族が住んでいて、3Fで泊まる感じ。
サイトの日本語変換機能がよくないのか?空港ホテル間の送迎が無料だと思ったら、迎えは有料、送りは無料だった。
海外に慣れていないから文化の違いかもしれないが、ホテルの周辺も、高校生の息子を連れて歩くには心配な感じの治安だった。
It looks more like a guest house than a hotel. It's like the owner's children are playing games at the reception, the owner's family lives on the 2nd floor, and you stay on the 3rd floor.
Is the Japanese conversion function on the site not good? I thought the transfer between airport and hotel was free, but the pick-up was charged and the drop-off was free.
I am not used to being abroad, so it may be cultural differences, but the area around the hotel was also a bit unsafe, which is worrisome for walking around with my high school student son.
