Sehr schönes Hotel! Nettes Personal. Wunderschön eingerichtet und saubere Zimmer. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Everything!! Our view of the Christmas Market was added beauty!! So glad we came! The staff were wonderful! Our dinner was amazing! Looking forward to breakfast.

Helt fantastisk!

Das Zimmer war für die gehobene Preisklasse OK. Das Bad hatte eine Schiebetür, nicht abschließbar, nicht schließend wie man es von einer normalen Badtür erwartet. Trotzdem ein sehr schönes Bad. Die Beleuchtung war teilweise nicht in Ordnung. Die Möbel, naja..., der Schranksafe war nicht montiert, sondern nur lose im Schrank, quasi zum zugreifen und mitnehmen. Wer es nicht mag ab 5:30 Uhr von den Marktleuten durch die Aufbauarbeiten geweckt zu werden, sollte darauf achten, dass sein Zimmer nach hinten ausgerichtet ist und nicht zum Marktplatz. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr schön und das Frühstücksangebot super. Die Hotellage ist für Hildesheimbesucher top. Die Tiefgarage hat einen eigenen Hotelzugang mit Aufzug. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ich war 2x4 Tage da. Erster Aufenthalt war okay. Allerdings war/ist die Rechnungstellung nicht klar. Ich konnte den Preis nicht finden, den ich bei der Buchung angezeigt bekommen habe. Bis heute noch keine Nachricht zu meiner reklamierten Rechnung. Beim 2 Besuch bekam ich ein Zimmer welches schon eher in die Kategorie-abgewohnt- fällt. Am Morgen wollte ich den Föhn nutzen. Der ging in Flammen auf. Fenster konnte man nicht schließen. Kabel hingen bei einer Lampe aus der Decke. Kleiner Kühlschrank wurde so heiß am Gehäuse, die Wärme staut sich extrem im Schrank, indem dieser steht. Für ein 4 Sternehotel für mich nicht empfehlenswert. Und ja ich habe die Misstände an der Rezeption gemeldet. Reaktion des Personals, freundliche Aufnahme der Missstände. Ich habe nun die 3. Woche meines Aufenhalts storniert.

Super nice hotel in the middle of everything

An excellent hotel in the middle of everything! Very nice and comfortable rooms with great furniture for enjoying travel companions in the room. (In case you don’t want to, or have the energy to get out in the evening) We have nothing but good to say about this hotel.
