Personnel sympa mais hôtel dans son jus

Personnel chaleureux, mais l’hôtel n’est pas au standard 4 étoiles. Très ancien, nécessite des travaux pour être à jour. Mobilier ancien. Climatisation module mobile bruyant et pas assez rafraîchissant. Attention, le SPA est payant (15€) mais je ne l’ai pas testé. On est clairement loin du standard d’hôtellerie actuel, j’ai été trompé par le classement de cet hôtel sur l’application.

Nette en schone accomodatie. Rustig gelegen. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Eén nacht een onrustige bovenbuurman gehad die lawaai maakte, maar voor de rest was het een rustige en aangename kamer.

Ich hatte das Hotel für eine Geschäftsreise an die Univerität gebucht und die Lage war dafür optimal: 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Hauptgebäude der Universität. Man erreicht aber auch in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt von Hannover. Direkt am Hotel kann man (außer Freitagabend bis Samstag wegen Markt) auf dem Klagesmarkt kostenlos parken. Das Hotel bietet aber auch Garagenparkplätze gegen eine Gebühr an. Das Zimmer war klein, aber die Aufteilung gut durchdacht, da sich das Bett in einem separaten Teil befand. Mein Zimmer war von der Straße abgewand und sehr ruhig. Es gibt elektrische Rollläden mit denen das Zimmer vollständig verdunkelt werden kann. Das Personal war in allen Belangen (Check-In, Frühstück, Gepäckaufbewahrung) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl von herzhaften und süßen Speisen. Weiterhin besitzt das Hotel einen Wellnessbereich (nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr sauber und einladend aus) und einen kleinen Fitnessraum (jeweils ein Laufband, Crosstrainer, Rad, einige Möglichkeiten für Krafttraining), der gut in Schuss und sauber war. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und würde wieder kommen.

There was loud construction in the building just above my room (I had requested a quiet room in my reservation form) and the manager refused to allow me to check out and change hotels without paying another night's charge. Poor treatment for sure. No one wants a conflict on a foreign trip.

Pay extra for SPA??

Hotel in general is ok but the fact that they wanted to charge extra for the Spa is not fair. You see on hotels.com pictures of the SPA it is included in primary service of hotel and nowhere it is written you need to pay extra its use. I have no problem to pay but the reaction of the receptionists was rather aggressive where I was the one that did not understand how it works. Dear hotel if you publish lots of pictures of SPA facility and you put it in your description as primary service included and don´t mention it is a paid service, your customers will expect that you can use this and do not have to pay 15 euros extra to enter into the steam room.

Oh je, ist das wirklich **** Stern?

Gesamte Eindruck war "so la la...". Mann kann kaum glauben, daß das Hotel ****Stern Hotel kategoriert ist. ab 23:00 Uhr ist Reception nicht belegt und alle Türen sind geschlossen. Da mein Einsatu so lange dauerte, kamm ich nach 23:00Uhr ins Hotel. keine Mensch, keine Info, Keine Parkplatz! was soll dieses Hotel f. Geschäftsreisende??? Ich müßte draußen auf der Strasse parken. also als ****Sterne Hotel müß Reception 24Std. belegt sein.
