"チェックイン時、受付カウンターがお客様に向かれて配置されていなかったり、スタッフさんもデスクワークされていたので少し戸惑いました。ただ丁寧な対応やウェルカムケーキを出していただき嬉しかったです。
アメニティはシャンプー類以外無い事は問題ありませんでしたが、バスローブしかないので就寝着が必要です。
お部屋内の浴槽へのお湯はり、排水にとても時間がかかったり、時間帯によってはお湯が出ずお水しか出ませんので使用に工夫が必要だと思います。
ただ館内は丁寧な清掃が行われ、清潔感があり気持ちよく滞在する事が出来ました。浴槽がお部屋にある特別感や窓から見える景観が美しいので非日常を楽しむことが出来て思い出に残る旅になりました。
I was a bit confused at check-in because the reception counter wasn't facing the guests, and the staff seemed busy with desk work. However, their response was very polite, and I was delighted to be welcomed with a complimentary cake.
As for amenities, it wasn't a problem for me that they only provided shampoo and basic body wash, but you will need to bring your own sleepwear since only bathrobes are provided in the room.
Also, it takes a very long time for the bathtub to fill up and drain. Depending on the time of day, only cold water comes out instead of hot water, so it requires some planning and patience to use.
That being said, the hotel was meticulously cleaned, and the sense of cleanliness made my stay very comfortable. The special feeling of having a bathtub right in the room and the beautiful view from the window allowed me to fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway, making it a truly memorable trip."
