「This location had everything you need. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly. We take advantage of the onsite food and drinks. You don’t even have to leave the hotel, it has all you need. My favorite is the back porch area off the main lobby with the amazing ocean view. 」

「Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. 」

「The condo provided was fantastic! It was clean and in great condition, almost everything worked very well (one of the TV remotes didn't work, but it was a non-issue since we didn't care to watch TV there), and the view of the beach was amazing! It's in a very pedestrian friendly area, too.
The staff were also very polite and professional. We were able to receive and return our key without any issues.
I can definitely picture coming back here again next year!」
