"The Birkenhof was excellent. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and the staff were incredible. Would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is new and roomy. But that’s it. The bathroom is huge but doesn’t have a place for putting stuff (just a pedestal vanity), not even a convenient toilet paper hanger. The room is also huge, but the desk is tiny. Poor design! The queen size bed has a narrow size blanket, not enough to cover me. I asked front desk for a wider blanket, but got another same size blanket. No bottle water in room. Restaurant is good. "

"The property was appropriate for its price point. The rooms were fairly clean but outdated.The landscaping was nice and well taken care of. Unfortunately, after a long day of travel, no one was at the property to let us in even though we arrived during check in hours and we were unable to get a hold of the property manager. "Airport shuttle was a large bus so don't worry if a big line is waiting for it. Breakfast was a nice spread. Staff was nice. Be prepared to check yourself in, they have kiosks for that."
